Bhubaneswar; Nov. 29: The Council of Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) on has declared schedule for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISC) and Indian Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ICSE).
The ISC (Class XII) examinations will begin from February 8 and end on April 8 while the ICSE (Class X) examinations will start from February 29 and end on March 31.
Students can check the detailed list at www.cisce.org
For the first time, CISCE has decided to introduce the Live Ink Character Recognition (LICR) solution technology while evaluating answer scripts by the examiners.
LICR is a technology which incorporates a re-purposed digital pen and a tab, used by examiners to evaluate answer scripts and help publish results in a shorter time.
The technology will be accurate and would reduce the recheck requests.
By adopting this method, the Council will announce the ISCE and ISC results in the first week of May.
