Indigo Plane Makes Emergency Landing At City Airport

Bhubaneswar; Nov.30: A Hyderabad-Kolkata Indigo flight made emergency landing at Biju Patnaik airport here after a passenger complained of severe chest pain.

The ailing traveler identified as Sashi Menon has been admitted to Capital hospital. His condition is stable, doctors said, adding he needs more treatment. His family has been informed about the incident, they added.

On the other hand, the Kolkata bound flight which took off from Hyderbad in the morning left for its destination after getting go ahead from traffic controller.

The non-scheduled plane halted for around 30 minutes at Bhubaneswar airport.
