Supreme Court Rejects PIL On Rahul Gandhi's 'British' Citizenship Row

New Delhi; Nov.30: The Supreme Court today rejected a plea seeking a direction to CBI to register a case against Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi for allegedly declaring himself as a British national before company law authorities there.

Chief Justice H.L. Dattu and Justice Amitava Roy dismissed the PIL filed by lawyer M.L. Sharma, saying PILs cannot be individual centric.
