Carcass Of Leopard Found In Sundergarh Forest With Nail, Tail Missing

Sundergarh; Dec.10: The carcass of a leopard having no tail and nails was found nearby Machida jungle under Hemagiri reserve forest area under Sundargarh Forest Division and also adjacent to the bordering Jharsuguda Forest Division on Thursday morning.

The local villagers spotted the carcass and suspect that the big cat has been killed by poachers for its body parts.

Meanwhile, the forest officials of Belpahar Range reached the spot for investigation.
