Reserve Police Cook Found Dead

Bhubaneswar: Dec 14; The body of a man was found hanging inside Reserve Police campus near Jayadev Vihar here on Saturday night. The deceased was identified as Binod Senapati, a cook at the reserve police camp.

Sources said Senapati's inmates had seen him asleep at 1 am. But at around 1.20 am, he was found kneeling down under a tree. Inmates immediately rushed him to the Capital Hospital, where he was declared dead.

A case of unnatural death was registered at the Saheed Nagar police station.

Some of the inmates of the campus while talking to the media said that Senapati had undergone heart surgery a few days back. Besides, he had family problems for which he was mentally upset.
