Mumbai; Dec.18: Big budgets. Big directors. Big stars. With the much-awaited Bollywood extravaganzas Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani releasing this Friday, industry experts believe the clash will have a strong impact on the overall collections of the year. However, it's best not to expect a new record.
"Clashes are obviously not great," actor Shah Rukh Khan, who stars in and has produced Dilwale.
There's a big dilemma for cinema lovers today as Rohit Shetty's Dilwale and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani open in theatres simultaneously.
Dilwale, which stars Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, is about two love stories laced with high-octane action sequences and a dash of suspense. The film is special for moviegoers as get to see Shah Rukh and Kajol together on the big screen after a gap of five years.
On the other hand Bajjirao Mastani, is the love story of Maratha general Peshwa Bajirao I (Ranveer Singh) and his second wife, Mastani (Deepika Paudkone). The film also features Priyanka Chopra as Kashibai, Bajirao's first wife.
