Lok Sabha Adjourned Sine Die

New Delhi; Dec.23:  The Lok Sabha on Wednesday was adjourned sine die after uproar over the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) row.

Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan had also expunged her "vested interest" remark she made yesterday after the Congress Party objected to it.

The Congress, Samajwadi Party and Janata Dal United had earlier raised the issue of stones arriving in Ayodhya from Gujarat and Rajasthan for construction of Ram temple, forcing a brief adjournment in the Rajya Sabha.

K.C. Tyagi, leader of the JD (U) said such activities are being planned "only to charge up the atmosphere."
