Woman Throws Ink At Arvind Kejriwal During Odd-Eeven Thanksgiving Event

New Delhi: Jan 17;  A woman on Sunday threw ink on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, while he was delivering a speech at a public meeting in Chhatrasal Stadium.

The incident occurred during the thanksgiving rally of the odd-even scheme in the national capital. Chaos prevailed at the venue for a few minutes when an unidentified woman rushed close to the dais and threw ink at him.

Security personnel immediately rushed to drag away the protesting woman from the stage where Kejriwal was standing and she was detained.

Kejriwal maintained him calm throughout the episode and asked the police to leave the woman.  

"Leave her; she is talking about some scam. Please take that paper from her she is mentioning some CNG scam," he said.
