57 Naxals, including 25 women, surrender before police in Odisha's Malkangiri district

Bhubaneswar: As many as 57 Naxals, including 25 women, surrendered before police in Odisha's Malkangiri district on Sunday.

According to media reports, these 57 sympathisers belong to Tamuda village in Malkangiri district.

A total of 315 Maoist supporters have given up violence and surrendered in the past seven days, Malkangiri Superintendent of Police Mitrabhanu Mohapatra said today.
