Vigilance Remand Of IAS Partha Sarathi From Today

The State Vigilance will begin its interrogation regarding Disproportionate Assets (DA) allegations against arrested IAS officer and OSIC Managing Director Partha Sarathi Mishra when it takes him on a two day remand period starting today.

A Special Court in Cuttack had granted the Vigilance to take the accused bureaucrat for two days of judicial interrogation. The court has allowed permission for Partha Sarathiís counsel to remain present during the course of enquiry.
