Jammu and Kashmir : Infiltration bid foiled in Kupwara's Keran sector, 4 terrorists killed

At least four terrorists were killed in Kupwara's Keran sector late Sunday night while trying to cross over through LoC in north Kashmir.

In a foiled infiltration bid, four terrorists were killed in Kupwara district's Keran sector in North Kashmir late Sunday night.

The terrorists who were trying to cross the LoC were killed by the security forces.

"A major infiltration bid from across the LoC was foiled by the Army troops in Keran sector yesterday (Sunday) evening," said Defence Ministry spokesman Colonel Rajesh Kalia. 

Meanwhile, combing operation is underway.
