21-year-old Gujarat girl with only 20 per cent vision makes it to IIM-A

A 21-year-old, Prachi Sukhwani, who lost her 80 per cent vision in class 3, has cracked one of the toughest entrance exams for MBA, i.e. Common Admission Test (CAT) by securing 98.55 percentile.

Prachi is suffering from macular dystrophy. It is a form of rare, genetic eye disorder that causes loss of vision. It affects the retina in the back of a person's eye.

A 21-year-old girl who is presently studying a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Maharaja Sayajirao University's Faculty of Commerce.

She has secured 98.55 percentile in CAT 2016

She received calls from all the top three IIMs, IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Bangalore and IIM-Kolkata.

She is planning to open an NGO in future.
