Plus Two Results: 81.11% Students Pass In Science Stream

Of the total 90,643 candidates who appeared the examination in science, 73,523 cleared it recording a pass percentage of 81.11, School and Mass Education Minister Badri Narayan Patra said, while declaring the result.

As many as 19,087 students cleared the test in 1st division, 26,322 students in second division while 27,597 students passed in third division.

According to reports, 18 boys and nine girls have secured above 90 per cent marks. Similarly, 775 boys and 350 girls have achieved marks above 80 per cent.

Officials said, Balasore district achieved the highest success rate of 93.61  while the lowest numbers of students have passed from Jharsuguda district with a  50.51 percent clearing the exams.

Officials stated three colleges in the State have secured zero results as no one from these educational institutions managed to pass the annual test.

Candidates who are not satisfied with the results, can apply online for re-addition from today till May 29, they added.
