Maoists kill Kandhamal villager on police informer suspicion

Kandhamal, Oct 21: Maoists reportedly killed a villager of Gumudamada under Tumudibandha police station in Kandhamal district early this morning.

The deceased was identified as Mohan Majhi, a resident of Gumudamada.
According to reports, some Maoists forcibly lifted away Mohan from his house last night and killed him suspecting him to be a police informer. His body was found near a village jungle.

Police have reached the sport and started investigation.
