Post-poll violence in Bolangir village

Bolangir, Oct 26: In a post-poll violence, a youth sustained critical bullet injuries in a village under Inpur gram panchayat in Bolangir district last night. The injured was identified as Lambodhar Nayak.

According to reports, some miscreants fired at Lambodhar from a close range while he was in his village. The miscreants fled from the spot after firing at him. The miscreants are believed to be political rivals of Lambodhar.

In the incident, Lambodhar received injuries in his right thigh. He has been admitted to the Patnagarh hospital.
