Malkangiri, Oct 27: The Maoists again went on the rampage in Malkangiri district and damaged a pipeline of the Essar Steel carrying iron dust near Gunthabeda forest in the cutoff Chitrakonda region on Friday.

It is not the first time that the red rebels have blasted the Essar pipeline in the cut off area in the district. The Maoists had damaged the pipeline for more than ten times since its commencement, said a villager.
