Happy Birthday Shahrukh Khan

Mumbai, Nov 2: It's November 2nd and it is the date when thousands of people gathers outside his house just to have a single glimpse of him, it is none other than King Khan Shahrukh Khan.

'King of romance' turned 52 has been receiving immense love from his fans and has given some path breaking performances in the last 25 years.

Most of the people know about his lavish lifestyle, his love for his family and friends and of course his acting skills. But, are not aware about his life before becoming 'Baadshah' of Bollywood.

He pursued BA (Hons) in Economics from Hans Raj College but spent much of his time in Theatre Action Group (TAG) where under the mentorship of Barry John he studied acting.

Shahrukh Khan is a pass out of St. Columbia School, Gole Market. He was also awarded 'Sword of Honour' which is one of the most prestigious award for his performance.

Shahrukh used to live at house no. 65-4 in Gautam Nagar where he lived for almost 10 years during his college days. The house is now a PG for girls and also a tourist spots for his fans.

Not many know that Shahrukh spent the first 5 years of his life in Mangalore with his maternal grandfather who was Chief engineer of the port.

The first acting partner of King Khan was not Divya Bharti but it was Amrita Singh who acting with him during his theatre days.

People thinks that Fauji was first acting assignment of Shahrukh Khan but actually it was Dil Dariya and due to production delays Fauji released first.

Again, Deewana is believed to be his first Bollywood film but in actual first he signed Hema Malini's Dil Aashna Hai.
