The team visited Chamarpada of Sohela, Jaring village of Bijepur, Dhaunrakhenda of Barpali, Kalapani, Saranda, Nuakhairpali and discussed with the farmers and their problems during the current season.

The BJP team comprising Sabitribai Thakur MP, Om Prakash Yadav MP, P Sugnakar Rao the national general secretary of the BJP Kissan Morcha, Sambhu Kum, the secretary of BJP Kissan Morcha, Uddi Tirupati Rao, the state president of BJP Kissan Morcha of Andhra Pradesh visited the houses of the farmers who have committed suicide due to crop loss and brown plant hopper attack.

The team members also visited the paddy fields of different villages to witness the devastation due to drought and pest attack during the current kharif season.
They went to the houses of Khageswar Meher, Brunda Sahu and P Naveen Kumar who have committed suicide recently.
