ECoR cancels 2 Express & 2 Local Trains till 31st March, 2018

Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) on Tuesday cancelled two Express and two Local Passenger Trains in Rayagada-Titlagarh Railway Station till 31st March, 2018.

Reportedly, the Durg-Jagadalpur-Durg Tri-weekly Express, Rourkela-Koraput-Rourkela Express, Durg-Visakhapatnam-Durg Passenger train and Sambalpur-Koraput-Sambalpur Passenger train will remain cancelled up to March 31, 2018.

Earlier, following the Railway Bridge between Theruvali and Singapur in Rayagada-Titlagarh railway section washed away due to heavy rains that triggered flash floods, train services have been suspended on the route.

ECoR sources said that the cancelled trains will resume service after reviewing the feasibility of the track and bridge.
