Leopard dies in Nandankanan Zoo

Bhubaneswar: An 10-year-old male leopard died at the Nandankanan Zoological Park here on Monday morning, zoo officials informed. The animal was ailing for some days.

The leopard named 'Biju' had been brought from Sakarbag Zoological Park in Gujarat in the year 2013, according to reports.

Veterinary doctors were treating the ailing tiger ever since it was taken ill but couldn't save its live, reports added.
