Mao posters found in Kalimela

Malkangiri: Maoist posters with threat calls for various sections of people were found at different places under the Kalimela police station in Malkangiri district early this morning.

According to reports, the posters put up by the outlawed CPI (Maoists) have issued life threats to Badatekuda village head and five others. Besides, the Maoists, through the posters, have asked the Disharis (sorcerers) to stop practice of illegal activities and warned them of dire consequences if they continue to do so.

The Red rebels have also opposed police camps installed at different places against them through the posters.

Police have recovered the posters and started investigations, according to reports.
