Cold wave sweeps Kandhamal, Phulbani records at 3.5 Deg C

Bhubaneswar: Cold wave continues sweeping whole of Kandhamal district with temperature drastically decreasing to as low at 3.5 degree Celsius at many places this morning.

According to reports, Phulbani recorded 3.5 degree Celsius and Daringibadi 4 degree Celsius this morning.

Normal life was disrupted as people could not come out of home due to intense chilly weather. Smoggy weather hindered vehicular movement at many places.
