Five injured in group clash in Capital city

Bhubaneswar: At least five persons, including women, were critically injured after a clash broke out between two groups near Sisupalgarh area on Sunday.

Four shops were also ransacked during the violent clash.

Those injured were admitted to a local hospital for treatment.

According to available information, the clash took place between the locals of Sisupalgarh and Nuagaon villages over an old rivalry.

As many as seven persons were arrested in connection with the incident.

Two platoons of police forces have been deployed at the spot to prevent any untoward incident.
