Naveen thanks Attabira, Hindol voters for BJD's victory

Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today thanked the voters of Attabira Notified Area Council (NAC) in Bargarh district and Hindol NAC in Dhenkanal district for his party's thumping victory in the elections whose results were declared on the day.

Patnaik took to his twitter handle to thank the voters of Attabira and Hindol for reposing their faith on BJD by voting for its candidates.

Notably, the elections were conducted on Tuesday.

While the ruling party made a clean sweep in Attabira NAC by winning in all the 12 wards, it pocketed 13 wards of the 16 wards in Hindol NAC. However, the BJP won in one ward and the remaining two were pocketed by independent candidates.
