Naveen Ji is one of India's senior-most leaders who has been serving the people of Odisha for many years. May he lead a long and healthy life.' Born on October 16, 1946, in Cuttack, the BJD supremo turned 73 on Tuesday. In his two decades of political life, the Odisha Chief Minister has always kept his birthday celebration a low-key affair.Naveen has a history of not celebrating his birthday.
