Morning schools from April 2, summer vacation from May 6

Bhubaneswar: In view of heat wave condition, the Odisha government on Saturday announced morning classes in all schools from April 2.

The School and Mass Education (S&ME) department has directed all the educational institutions in the state to conduct morning classes from April 2 to May 5.The timing of all classes has been scheduled from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. The mid-day meal will be served to the students at 10 am, said a circular issued by the S&ME department.The circular also stated that summer vacation in schools will start from May 6.
