BJP's third list contains 11 Lok Sabha seats

New Delhi: The Central Election Committee of the BJP on Saturday released its 3rd list of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections slated for next month.

The list contains  the name of 11 candidates. They are six from Telangana, one from Kerala, three from Uttar Pradesh and one from West Bengal.The party has given ticket to Pradeep Choudhary from Kairana of Uttar Pradesh. Bhola Singh will contest from Bulandshahr which is a reserved seat.Dr Yeshwant will contest from Nagina which also is a reserved seat. The BJP has decided to field general secretary K Surendran from crucial Pathanamthitta seat where Sabarimala temple is located.

The BJP is looking to open its account in Kerala and Pathanamthitta which is the key to the saffron partyís grand design in Godís own country as the party wants to cash in on the Sabarimala row.The saffron party has ended  rumours over Modi contesting from Puri. It has fielded Sambit Patra, its national spokesperson from the Lok Sabha seat.The  party had earlier declared the first list of candidates for 185 Lok Sabha constituencies which included the names of Modi from Varanasi, Rajnath Singh from Lucknow and Nitin Gadkari from Nagpur.
