Supreme Court declares decision on rebel legislators of Karnataka, says-take decision on resignation of Speaker

new Delhi. The Supreme Court has given its verdict on Wednesday on the petition filed against 15 rebel MLAs in Karnataka.The court has ordered the Karnataka Assembly Speaker to decide on the resignations of the legislators, but the Speaker will not be pressurized to take a decision in any symmetry.

In addition, the Supreme Court also said in its order that legislators will not even be compelled to be present in the assembly.Let us know that on Tuesday on the petition of rebel legislators, the court had reserved the judgment till Wednesday after hearing the arguments of all the parties.Senior advocate Rajiv Dhawan, appearing for the Chief Minister in this matter, said that rebel legislators want to drop the government. These legislators want the court to intervene in the case of the speaker's rights.
