NIA amendment bill passed in the Rajya Sabha today after the discussion. This bill contains provisions for giving more rights to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).The purpose of this amendment bill is to strengthen the NIA Act. Minister of State for Home G. Kishan Reddy said in a statement that "Today terrorism is a big problem, there are instances in the country when the Chief Minister, the Prime Minister has been a victim of terrorism. Terrorism is an interstate and international problem today. In this way, we want to empower NIA. '


At the same time, during the discussion on the NIA amendment bill in the Rajya Sabha, Ramgopal Yadav of the Samajwadi Party said that "terrorism should end with the country, it all wants." He said that whenever the law was strict, they were abused, in such a way the government's responsibility is that the NIA should not be misused. He said that giving right to investigate abroad is a good step. Ramgopal Yadav today felicitated Home Minister Amit Shah today.
