CM Announces 'Mo Sarakar' Programme

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today announced the launching of “Mo Sarkar” programme. It will come into effect from October 2 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

While delivering the state-level  Independence Day address at Exhibition Ground in Unit-III here, Patnaik said,‘Mo Sarkar’  initiative would be based on Five-T. The Chief Minister and Ministers would dial common citizens to get their feedbacks on the kind of response  and service. 

In the first phase, it will be implemented in police stations and district headquarters hospitals. Chief Minister and ministers will talk to the common man over phone directly to get feedback regarding service provided by government. By March 5, 2020 all the departments will have to follow the same. 

Chief Minister also announced that electricity has been provided to each and every village of our state. If one wants electricity connection to his house, he should apply to Panchayat office and within 48 hours he will get electricity connection. 

He called for people to build new Odisha and to work unitedly.
