Haryana Polls: BJP Heading for Clear Majority


Chandigarh, Oct 19: The BJP in Haryana is set to form the government as the party is leading in 49 seats in the 90-member Haryana house. It can be said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a gamechanger, whose extensive campaign in the state motivated the voters to give the mandate to the saffron party for an inclusive development.

BJP leader and Union minister Krishan Pal Gurjar is frontrunner for CM post in Haryana.

According to the latest updates, BJP is leading in 49 seats, while Congress in 14, and INLD in 20 seats. Accepting the defeat Ashok Tanwar, Haryana Congress president said. "We accept public's mandate with respect & modesty, will introspect".
