Sheila out, Tytler, Sajjan in Rahul Gandhi's Delhi Team

New Delhi, Nov 05: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi shocked all by including controversial leaders Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar in his team for the Delhi polls.

The three-time Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit, however, was not been included in the Delhi team. Earlier, reports had quoted Dikshit as saying that she was not keen on returning to Delhi politics.

Both Tytler and Kumar have been accused in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, and their inclusion in the core Congress Delhi team could raise many questions.

However, Congress leaders Shakeel Ahmed and Mukesh Sharma dismissed the report that any such team or committee has been formed for Delhi polls.

BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra had termed Rahul's decision as "shocking".

Reports had said that Rahul had included eight members - Mishra, Matin Ahmed, Haroon Yusuf, Arvinder Singh Lovely, Jai Kishan and JP Aggarwal along with Tytler and Kumar - in his team for Delhi polls.
