Odisha, Andhra, Telangana Govt Websites Hacked, Probe on

Bhubaneswar, Nov 08: The National Informatics Centre (NIC) has begun the probe into hacking of 22 websites of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments.

The probe began after the Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA) lodged a complaint with Cyber Crime Police Station on Friday, alleging that 22 government websites were hacked by unknown Pakistani cyber hackers.

The TITA ha requested the Centre to take necessary measures to ensure the security of the government websites. It should be noted that the government websites and servers are maintained by the NIC.
