46 killed in Nigeria, Suicide Bomber dressed as Student

London, Nov 11: At least 46 students were killed and several injured in a suicide bomb attack at a school assembly in Potiskum in the northeastern region of Nigeria. The suicide bomber was dressed up as a student to kill the students, police said.

According to BBC report, police said that the militant group Boko Haram could be behind the attack. The suicide bomber disguised in a school uniform detonated explosives at a high school assembly in Nigeria.

Earlier, 30 people were killed in the same city a week ago when the suspected Boko Haram militants attacked a religious procession.

Boko Haram has targeted several schools during a five-year insurgency killing thousands of people and driving hundreds and thousands from their homes aiming at building an Islamic State.
