Matric Exam to commence from Feb 23, 2015

Cuttack, Nov 24: The matriculation examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) would begin from February 23, 2015. It would end on March 9, announced the Board president Dr Daskhya Prasad Nanda on Monday here.

More than 6 lakh students would appear the examination in Odisha next year. The students would require to answer the questions on the OMR sheet in the first session. This would begin at 9 am and last till 10 am. The second session would begin after a 10-minute break, at 10.10 am and continue till 11.40 am.

The answer sheets would be evaluated on the gradation system like previous year such as : Grade A (91-100), B (81-90), C (71-80), D (61-70), E (51-60), F (41-50), G (31-40), H (21-30) and I (11-20).

Necessary arrangements would be made by the authorities for smooth and irregularities-free examination in view of the problems occurred last year.
