Bhubaneswar, Nov 24: In order to provide comfortable journey to the passengers by avoiding rush in regular trains, the East Coast Railway (ECoR) has decided to extend the services of Bhubaneswar-Pune premium and Bhubaneswar-Patna Special trains up to last week of January 2015.
A large number of berths are available in these trains and passengers may avail the facility of these Special trains to reach their destinations.
According to an ECoR release, Train number 02882 Bhubaneswar-Pune weekly premium special train leaving Bhubaneswar at 2215 hours on every Sunday and reaching Pune at 0405 hours on Tuesday has been extended till January 25. In the return direction, 02881 Pune-Bhubaneswar Weekly premium special train leaving Pune at 1115 hours on every Tuesday and arriving Bhubaneswar at 1735 hours on Wednesdays has been extended till January 27.
This train has one AC 2 tier, one AC 3 tier, 10 Sleeper class coaches, two guard cum luggage vans, and one pantry car having stoppages at Brahmapur, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Secunderabad between Bhubaneswar and Pune.
Similarly, train number 08449 Bhubaneswar-Patna weekly special train leaving Bhubaneswar at 1530 hours on every Friday and reaching Patna at 1140 hours on Saturdays has been extended till January 30. In the return direction, 08450 Patna-Bhubaneswar weekly special train leaving Patna at 1400 hours on every Saturday and arriving Bhubaneswar at 0700 hours on Sundays has been extended till January 31.
This train has one AC 2 tier, one AC 3 tier, 10 Sleeper class coaches, four general second class coaches and two guard cum luggage vans having stoppages at Cuttack, Jajpur-Keonjhar Road, Bhadrak, Balasore, Hijli, Adra, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Jasidih, Jhajha, Kiul, Mokama and Fathuha between Bhubaneswar and Patna.
