Day 6: Logjam continues in Odisha Assembly over Ponzi Scam

Bhubaneswar, Nov 26: Logjam continued in Odisha Assembly for the sixth consecutive day over the mega chit fund scam with the opposition parties following which the House was adjourned till 11.30 am.

As soon as the House met in the morning, the opposition parties both BJP and Congress created ruckus demanding a debate on the issue. While BJP members rushed to the Well and climbed the podium of Speaker, Congress members observed silent demonstration in the House demanding resignation of chief minister Naveen Patnaik.

The opposition members also raised slogans against the ruling BJD on the Ghangapatna land scam showing posters in the House.
