Four Bills introduced in House Amid Uproar

Bhubaneswar, Dec 01: Four important bills were introduced in the Odisha Assembly today amidst uproar created by the opposition parties both Congress and BJP over several issues.

The bills - Appropriation Bill, the Cooperation Amendment Bill, the Indian Stamp Odisha Amendment Bill and Survey and Consolidation Bill - were introduced after the House reassembled at 12.15 pm.

However, the impasse continued following which the Speaker Niranjan Pujari adjourned the House till 3 pm.
