Banking Operations Paralysed in Odisha due to Strike

Bhubaneswar, Dec 04: The banking operations in Odisha were paralysed as the employees of all the public sector banks in the state joined the four-day zone-wise strike called by the United Forum of Bank Union (UFBU) and National Union of Bank Employees (NUBE).

The transactions including the cash deposits, withdrawal and the demand draft issue were not made during the day today. The strike crippled business and commercial activities in the state.
