John Kerry to attend Vibrant Gujarat Summit

New Delhi, Jan 07: US Secretary of State John Kerry will attend the "Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors Summit" scheduled on January 11 in Gandhinagar.

State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki informed this saying, Kerry will join country's leading business executives and innovators at the Summit to highlight the critical role that US technology plays in supporting sustainable economic growth across India and the Indo-Pacific region as well as strengthening trade and investment between the two countries.

This is the first time the United States will join the event as a partner country. The event will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
