More Attacks in France, Two Cops Wounded

Paris, Jan 08: Terrorists continued to rock the country with more attacks in Paris on Thursday, barely a day after the French satirical news magazine was targeted for tweeting the cartoon of Islamic States leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and publishing the cartoon of Prophet Mohammed.

Two more attacks have been reported amidst high tensions when entire French community united in grief to pay tributes to the journalists of Charle Hebdo magazine who were killed in the yesterdays barbaric attack.

One attack took place near Porte de Chatillon, south of Paris, where two police officers seriously injured in the firing. The gunmen fled the spot by the metro soon after the shooting

In another incident on Thursday, a restaurant next to a mosque in Lyon was targeted. However, no injury has been reported so far in the blast.

French minister confirmed that there were links between yesterday and todays shooting at South Paris. Seven people have been detained and they are being questioned in connection with Charle Hebdo magazine terror attack.
