Odisha IIM: Central Committee to visit BBSR on Jan 14

Bhubaneswar, Jan 10: The central committee would visit Odisha capital on January 14 to finalise the location for the permanent campus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in the state. 

The two-member committee comprising Amarjit Sinha, senior official of Union HRD ministry and Saibal Chattopadhyay, director of IIM-Kolkata would visit two places identified by the state government at Gothapatna near IIIT and Arugul near IIT on the outskirts of the city Bhubaneswar. 

The final decision would be taken after visiting the locations. The team would be accompanied by senior officials of IDCO, CPWD, Director of IIT Bhubaneswar and Khordha Collector.
