Narendra Modi pays Homage to Vivekananda on His Birth Anniversary

New Delhi, Jan 12: Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid homage to legend Swami Vivekananda on his birth anniversary on Monday. Remembering the Indian Monk on the occasion of National Youth Day, Modi praised the visionary leader and highlighted the thoughts and teachings that can help to integrate our youth towards nation building.

In a series of tweets, Modi asked Indian youth to follow the ideals of Vivekananda. "Share quotes of Swami Vivekananda & thoughts of Swami Vivekananda that influenced you. I will RT some of them this evening", he posted.

"Let us pledge to leave no stone unturned to integrate our youth in India's progress & ensure youth-led development across the Nation".

"Swami Vivekananda is revered as one of the most prolific thinkers & a guiding light who took India's message to the entire world".

"On his birth anniversary, I bow to Swami Vivekananda. He is a personal inspiration, whose thoughts & ideals have influenced me deeply", he tweeted.
