LeT Commander arrested in Sopore

Srinagar, Jan 16: Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested a top Lashkar-e-Toiba commander in Sopore town of Baramulla district. The terrorist was identified as a Pakistani national.

He is being interrogated by the police. Earlier, another LeT militant was killed in an encounter with the security forces in Sopore.

The arrest came after the Indian army disclosed that over 200 trained militants are waiting to cross the LoC and enter India to carry out massive attacks targeting schools and public places ahead of US President Barack Obama's visit to the country.
