Sania Mirza, Mattek-Sands win Sydney Women's Doubles Title

Sydney, Jan 17: Indian Tennis ace Sania Mirza added another success to her career by winning Sydney women's doubles title along with her American pair Bethanie Mattek-Sands.

The duo Sania Mirza and Bethanie Mattek-Sands beat Abigail Spears and Raquel Kops-Jones 6-3, 6-3 to win the women's doubles title here on Friday.

The Indi-American pair won the tournament in 69 minutes. This was the fifth victory for the pair and this would boost their confidence ahead of the Australian open, scheduled from Jan 19.
