US, UK ask Pakistan to hand over Lakhvi to India

Washington, Jan 20: After warning Pakistan of facing consequences for the possible terror attacks during President Barack Obama's visit to India, the United States and United Kingdom have asked the Pakistan government to hand over Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, the mastermind of 26/11 Mumbai attacks, to India.

The nations also gave the Pakistan an option to hand him over to either US or UK for fair and independent trial if the country could not agree on the proposal to send him to India.
