Bhubaneswar, Jan 21: Expressing a serious concern over the fall in sex ratio of female in Odisha, the state government felt to launch the public awareness programmes in the state against female foeticide.

A state level advisory board meeting at state Secretariat attended by the health minister Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak on Wednesday discussed the factors behind the degradation of female child percentage in the state.
