Barack Obama leaves for 3-day visit to India

Washington, Jan 24: US president Barack Obama on Saturday left the country for a three-day visit to India. He is accompanied by his wife Michelle Obama. He will reach India tomorrow morning in New Delhi.

Obama boarded on special Air Force One for India trip. His plane may land at Jaipur airport in case of emergency if the weather of Delhi will not be favourable. After few hours, he may fly to New Delhi airport.

Meanwhile, the White House confirmed the cancellation of his visit to Taj Mahal in Agra. He will go to Saudi Arab to meet the new successor of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, who passed away on Friday.
