Plea filed seeking CBI Probe into Donations made to AAP

New Delhi, Feb 04: A Public-Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed in Delhi High Court seeking CBI Probe into the funding made to AAP in the past as well as the present after the AAP Volunteer Action Manch (AVAM) exposed corruption in the funding.

The AVAM alleged that the AAP received donations of Rs 2 crore from four fake companies. The volunteers claimed that the party received the money through cheques which were not clean.

They claimed that the money was given to those fake companies, which have no profits, and in returns they issued the cheques. The fraud companies converted the black money into white.
