Islamic State kills Three Fighters for Attempting to Escape

Beijing, Feb 05: The Islamic State killed three of its Chinese militants, who had joined the group for Syria and Iraq wars, for trying to escape from their unit.

According to a Chinese newspaper the Global Times, the three militants attempted to flee following which they were killed.

As per the state-run tabloid, around 300 Chinese militants are fighting for the ISIS in Syria and Iraq. They are joining the group after travelling to Turkey.

The Tabloid on Thursday said that a Chinese militant was arrested and shot dead by the ISIS in Syria last September. He tried to flee to Turkey.

Two others were killed last December in Iraq for attempting to escape. They were beheaded along with 11 others, belonging to six countries.
